Why a diabetic patient have increased urination, increased thirst, increased tiredness and become thick?

Introduction:

Insulin is  just like a chemical or messenger it activate when the concentration of glucose increased in the body  after its activation it move toward its targeted cell  e.g muscle or fat cell where it binds with its receptor after binding there is carrier protein called GLUT-4 which carry glucose inside the cell where it make ATPs.

Diabetic type I is the  type of diabetes in which Beta cells of pancreas unable to produce  insulin due to autoimmune problem or any other factor and some time the factor might be unknown as a result  the receptor of insulin present on the cell surface will not get activation when it will not activate GLUT-4 carrier will not carry glucose after all process glucose accumulate in the body that is called diabetic type-I. for more about diabetes type Ihttps://healthduhs.blogspot.com/2026/01/prevention-and-medicine-for-diabetes.html

Due to diabetic type I clinical features occur in the suffered one.

Increased urination

In this type of diabetes the concentration of glucose increased in the blood that is a solute when this glucose inter into the kidney where the increased concentration of glucose it has capability to absorb water as a result it absorb water from the body when the concentration of both increased in the kidney the suffered one wants to urinate to pass out glucose with urine  as a result that individual fells more and more urination.

Increased thirst

When excess amount of urine excrete out from the body the concentration of body fluid decreased or we called it dehydration when the part of brain hypothalamus detect this decreased concentration of water in the body they alert the body to require water the alert in the form of thirst.

Increased  tiredness

Due to high concentration of glucose in the blood and they not inter in the cell and the cell require that glucose for its survival when due to any reason they not inter into the cell. Cell become weak or decreased its activity in the absence of glucose as a result tiredness occur.

Thinness of body

We required Glucose to produce ATPs that is the energy currency of cell we get this glucose from carbohydrates in this type of diabetes when glucose doesn’t inter into the cell but the cell require energy to carry out its function as a result instead of glucose cell began to use fat and protein that are stored  and structural part of body respectively. When the body used it obviously weight decreased and the thickness of body decreased as a result the suffered become thin.
